finally flashed my kernel in galaxy s

My own kernel is running in my mobile galaxy s.... Thanks to xda kernel hackers... Hardcore, supercurio and etc.... learning new stuffs everyday....

Guide - Rooting GB indian Firmware - DDJV6

1) Download The latest Speedmod kernel K15H-T4

2) Using odin flash the kernel

3) After reboot the phone go CWM recovery and install root and superuser

Gingerbread update

successfully updated GB 2.3.3 in my galaxy S….

compared to froyo its much much better.. even without lagfix. it works well

checking windows live writer….

Its easy to work with live writer….

Speedmod Kernel update

Flashed the speedmod Kernel 13d in my SGS....
wow.... what a change in the mobileeeeee.. fast faster..... my mobile is so smooth
no lag even with RFS filesystem... 

Launchers- A Review

1. Samsung default launcher
The one comes with stock firmware works fine only if we have lesser mumber of apps. When I installed more number of apps it behaves like slower mobile. So planned to change.....

2. Gingerbread launcher
Installed and works quite well in my galaxy s... But again I installed more number of apps.. Now problem is picking up particular application is difficult in the 3d scrolling.... Other wise one of the best launcher....

3. ADW Launcher
One of the best... No issues.. Never crashed.... Works too good in galaxy.

But again testing of launcher continued..

4.ADW launcher pro
The best launcher ....

Galaxy S GPS testing

Yesterday i was in train.. i wanted to test the GPS .. its working well.. it took 30 to 40 seconds to lock with satellites.. will do some more test and post it here...

Airtel launched 3G in chennai...

Airtel 3G works fine in my galaxy S... Speed comes around 6.5 mbps.. But data plans are costly... Wil wait and watch for flexible plans.....

Google goggles and sudoku game

The new version of google goggles solves sudoku in seconds.... Its an very interesting application :)
... I have a sodoku game in my mobile.. I have tried to solve one easy level.. Its taking too much time...
Just took screen shot of the (simply pressing back key and home key) , the file stored in gallery..
Opened the goggles apps... Loaded the screen shot of sudoku .... Its started scanning... Results came.. Resolve option given.... Sodoku RESOLVED ;)
